Work on reflexes and responses
Disarming methods
Using common objects
Training filmed on September 22nd 2013
In this video, Robert Paturel gives many defense techniques against bladed weapons, but as he likes to explain during his courses, against a knife it is good to negotiate or to flee. He prefers to work on body forms using the ""drill"" (repetitive movements) and especially chase away the parasite gestures.
You will also learn herein how to use the environment and exploitable equipment (chair, stick, umbrella ...) and how to assist a person in danger.
Constantly detailed with the law and anecdotes experienced, this course is attractive in many ways.
By putting the student in a stressful situation, we quickly realize that the sophisticated techniques must remain in the category of demonstrations for the Night of martial arts.
In the street, it is different when it comes to save yourself; Robert Paturel often says ""it is better to be judged by twelve than carried by six.""
